Playing USB Music

Connect a USB memory to USB connection terminal.

,Note

To play USB music while the other media is in play, press [Menu] > [Media sources] > [USB Music] on the others media screen.

Pause/Play

Pause/Play a file.

Location

Details

Front screen
  • Touch [M] during play.
  • Touch [d] during pause.

Controller
  • Press controller during play.
  • Press controller during pause.

Play Previous/Next Music

Plays the previous/next music.

Touch [C/V].

Forward/Reverse Search

Rapidly searches the file in play.

Location

Front screen

After touching on [C/V] for a long time and release the finger at the desired spot, the music starts from that spot.

,Note
  • When pressing [C/V] for 5 seconds or longer, the play speed changes as 4X > 20X.
  • No audio is on during forward/reverse searching.

Search Previous/Next Music

Plays the previous/next music.

During searching, the file name is highlighted. When the desired file name is displayed, press [TUNE] and controller on the front seat control key to play the file.

Rotate [TUNE] to up/down. And when the desired music is displayed press the button.

Controller

Rotate controller to left/right. And when the desired music is displayed press controller.

Viewing List

May play a desired file by searching the list.

  1. Press [List] on the playing screen. Or press [Menu] > [List].

  1. In list screen, search a desired file by folder, track or album, artist. When the desired file found from the search is selected, the file plays.

,Note
  • If you press [Play] on the list screen, plays from the first file within the selected folder.
  • Activate [Include subfolders] to play including media files in the subfolder.

Shuffle Play

Play the entire files in a random order.

  1. Press [Menu] > [Shuffle] on the playing screen.

  1. Check on the box left to [Shuffle] to set random play. To cancel the random play, press [Shuffle] again.

,Note

Selecting [q/r] on the front screen activates/clears shuffle play.

Repeat

A file plays repeatedly.

  1. Press [Menu] > [Repeat] on the playing screen.

  1. Press a desired repeat mode.

,Note

Selecting [k]/[m]/[l]/[n] on the front screen also activates repeat.

  • k: Repeat all
  • m: Repeat album/Repeat artist (It is displayed when all files repeat during playback from the [Album] or [Artist] category.)
  • l: Repeat folder
  • n: Repeat one

Hide Current File

Moves the music currently in play to hidden_folder. The moved music is not shown in play list and not available for play.

  1. Press [Menu] > [Hide current file] on the playing screen.

  1. Press [Yes].

,Note

Selecting [G] on the front screen to implement hide current file.

Tracks of this artist

Moves the artist list of the current song.

Press [Menu] > [Tracks of this artist].

,Note

You can go to the list by pressing artist on the playing screen.

Tracks in this album

Moves the album list of the current song.

Press [Menu] > [Tracks in this album].

,Note

You can go to the list by pressing album art on the playing screen.

  1. Press [Menu] > [Sound settings] on the playing screen.

Playing USB Video

,Note
  • To play USB Video while the other media is in play, press [Menu] > [Media sources] > [USB Video] on the others media screen.
  • For the safety, the Video is not supported and other partial features are restricted while the vehicle is in driving condition. However, the audio is played.
  • Even when the vehicle stops, if the gear is not in P position, the video is not supported.

Pause/Play

Pause/Play a file.

Switching USB Display Screen (Basic Mode Screen/Entire Screen)

Touch the screen.

Controller

When controller is dragged to up or down or pressed on the entire screen, Basic mode screen opens.

,Note
  • When no control within 5 seconds on basic mode screen, it automatically switches to the entire screen.
  • The entire screen opens by selecting [O] or [Menu] on the basic mode screen and selecting [Full Screen] as well.

Play Previous/Next File

File Information

Shows the information on the name, size and play time of the file currently in play.

  1. Press [Menu] > [File information] on the playing screen.

  1. Press [OK].

Subtitle Settings

Available to use for a file supporting multiple-subtitles. Selects the subtitle displayed on the screen.

  1. Press [Menu] > [Subtitle settings] on the playing screen.

  1. Set the desired option.

Display Settings

Adjusts brightness/contrast/saturation for video play.

  1. Press [Menu] > [Display settings] on the playing screen.

Sound Settings

  1. Press [Menu] > [Sound settings] on the playing screen.
  2. For more details, refer to the "Sound settings".

Audio track settings

  1. Press [Menu] > [Audio track settings] on the playing screen.
  2. Select the desired audio track.
