It displays current recording time.

It displays the start date/time of the recording of the voice memo being played.

5 Playback Time/Progress Bar

It displays playback time information. When you drag or select a desired part in the progress bar, the voice memo for that part is played.

It controls the functions of playback/pause, search, and etc.

Creating a Voice Memo

Getting Started with Voice Memo

  1. Press [Voice Memo] on the home screen.

  1. Press [ICON_ccIC_OTHERS_RECORD.png] on the voice memo screen.
  2. Create a voice recording.

Pausing Voice Memo

Press [ICON_ccIC_MEDIA_PAUSE.png] among voice memo.

Ending and Saving of Voice Memo

Press [ICON_ccIC_OTHERS_STOP.png] on the voice memo screen or press [L] on the steering wheel remote control.

,Reference
  • All the sounds from this unit will not be output while the voice memo is operating.
  • Voice memo pauses when you receive a Bluetooth phone call while the voice memo is operating.
  • The location where you start recording is displayed at the top of the voice memo list.
  • When the storage space is full during a voice memo, the voice memo is automatically saved and ends.
  • [L] is available when you set to voice memo in the custom button settings.

Running Voice Memo

Playback and Pause of Voice Memo

  1. Select the voice memo you want to play in the voice memo list The relevant voice memo is played.

  1. Press [ICON_ccIC_MEDIA_PAUSE.png] to pause the playback of a voice memo.
  2. Press [ICON_ccIC_MEDIA_PLAY.png] to resume the playback while a voice memo is paused.

Quickly searching for the file being played.

Touch and hold [ICON_ccIC_MEDIA_PREV.png/ICON_ccIC_MEDIA_NEXT.png], and release it to play the part.

When pressing [ICON_ccIC_MEDIA_PREV.png/ICON_ccIC_MEDIA_NEXT.png] for 5 seconds or longer, the play speed changes as 4X > 20X.

Deleting Voice Memo

  1. Press [ICON_ccIC_GEN_MENU.png] > [Delete] on the voice memo screen.

  1. Select the desired item, Press [Delete] > [Yes].

Saving a Voice Memo to USB Device

  1. Connect USB to the USB port.
  2. Press [ICON_ccIC_GEN_MENU.png] > [Save to USB Device] on the voice memo screen.

  1. Press a desired item, and then press [Save].

,Reference
  • It can be saved to a USB memory formatted with FAT 16/32 or exFAT/NTFS.
  • When saved to USB, a voice memo is copied to "Current location address" folder and saved.

Saving a Voice Memo to Connected Services

  1. Press [ICON_ccIC_GEN_MENU.png] > [Save to Connected Services] on the voice memo screen.
  2. Press a desired item, and then press [Save].
