Connected Settings

Move to Connected Services screen

Press [Setup] > [Connected Services] > [Connected Services Settings] on the home screen. Connected Services settings screen is displayed.

Activate Connected Services

On the Genesis Connected Service settings screen, press [Activate] to follow the instruction on screen to activation.

Opening required time takes max. of 5 min. Do not turn off the vehicle during opening. If opening fails, contact Genesis Customer Center (080-700-6000). During service opening, head unit’s hard key does not work.

Modem Information

You can check modem number/USIM/IMEI/VIN related information.

On the Genesis Connected Service settings screen, press [Modem Information].

• [Number]: It displays Genesis Connected phone terminal.
• [USIM]: It displays information of Serial No. of USIM card.
• [IMEI]: Displays the unique identification number of the connected terminal.
• [VIN]: If you need to register your vehicle when you sign up for the connected car service, you can scan the VIN QR code with the MY GENESIS app to register your vehicle.
