Setting destinations by search

Set a destination by entering the POI name, address or coordinates.

1. Press [Destination] > [Search] on the home screen.
   Or press [] on the map screen.

2. Enter a keyword.

3. Press the desired location on the list.

4. Selelct a desired button.

• [Set as destination]: Set a destination.
• [Add tourpoint]: Add tourpoint after setting a destination.
• []: Add the location to address book.
• []: Make a phone call. If phone number is not saved or Bluetooth is not connected, the call is not available.

5. Press [Set as destination].

6. Select the desired route.

• [Recommended]: Guides the optimal route to the destination by considering the realtime traffic information, distance and cost.
• [Alternative]: Guides the alternative route to the destination.

Setting destinations by previous destinations

Set the previous destinations as a destination.

1. Press [Destination] > [Previous destinations] on the home screen.

2. Press the desired destination from the list.
3. Refer to the step 4-6 of "Setting destinations by search" for next steps.

Setting Destinations by POI

Set a destination through various facility categories.

1. Press [Destination] > [Search POI] on the home screen.
   Or press [] > [Nearby POIs] > [Search POI] on the map screen.

2. Press the desired facility.

• [Along route]: Search the facilities around the route.
• [Near current pos.]: Search the facilities around the current location.
• [Near destination]: Search the facilities around destination or tourpoint.
• [Near scroll mark]: Search the facilities around the selected location.
• [Favourite station]: Search the facilities around the favourite charging stations.

3. Select a desired list.
4. Refer to the step 4-6 of "Setting destinations by search" for next steps.

Setting destinations by address book

Set the locations saved in the address book as a destination.

1. Press [Destination] > [Address book] on the home screen.
2. Press [Address book].

3. Select the desired destination from the list.
4. Refer to the step 4-6 of "Setting destinations by search" for next steps.

,Note

Press [Name] or [Date] on the screen to change the sort method.

Adding MY locations

Save the locations you visit frequently.

1. Press [Destination] > [Address book] on the home screen.
2. Press [Address book].

3. Press [J].
4. Use search menu to save the location.
5. Press [Add to address book].

,Note

You can save the desired locations as favourites. Press [Destination] > [Address book] > [Favourites] > [J] on the home screen. (Home, office, or favourites 1-3)

Editing saved my locations

1. Press [Destination] > [Address book] on the home screen.
2. Press [Address book].
3. Press [] > [Edit].

4. Select and edit a desired location.

• [Name]: After editing the name, press [OK].
• [Display icon on map]: Select to display the icon on the map.
• [Favourite]: Select a favourite group to save the location.

5. Press [Save].

,Note

You can edit a favourites. Press [Destination] > [Address book] > [Favourites] > [] > [Edit] on the home screen. (Home, office, or favourites 1-3)

Deleting saved my locations

1. Press [Destination] > [Address book] on the home screen.
2. Press [Address book].
3. Press [] > [Delete].

4. Select the desired location, and press [Delete].

• [Mark all]: Selects all locations.
• [Unmark all]: Unmarks all locations.
• [Cancel]: Returns to the previous screen.

,Note

You can delete a favourite. Press [Destination] > [Address book] > [Favourites] > [] > [Delete] on the home screen. (Home, office, or favourites 1-3)

Managing address book

Importing address book from USB memory

This function is used to import address book saved in a USB memory.

1. Connect a USB Memory to the USB port.
2. Press [Settings] > [Navigation] > [Others] > [User Data] > [Import from USB] on the home screen.
3. Press [Yes].
4. Press [OK], or press [View] to check the imported location.

,Note

The number of data imported from USB may be limited by the number of saved locations currently supported by navigation system. If the data saved in the USB memory uses different coordinates from the ones used in the current system, the coordinates of saved locations may change. When importing a saved place in USB, the place saved in the navigation may be changed. Check if the data is imported well before using the navigation. Import/Export function may not be supported depending on the USB memory format type. FAT16, FAT32, exFAT and NTFS are supported. Some USB memories may not be supported due to compatibility issues.

Exporting address book to USB memory

This function is used to export address book to a USB memory.

1. Connect a USB Memory to the USB port.
2. Press [Settings] > [Navigation] > [Others] > [User Data] > [Export to USB] on the home screen.
3. Press [Yes].

,Note

When you export saved locations to USB, the existing saved location in USB is deleted.

Setting destinations by Genesis service

Set Genesis services as the destination.

1. Press [Destination] > [GENESIS service] on the home screen.

2. Press the desired locations.

• [Along route]: Search the facilities around the route.
• [Near current position]: Search the facilities around the current location.
• [Near destination]: Search the facilities around the destination or tourpoint.
• [Near scroll mark]: Search the facilities around the selected location.

Setting destinations via scroll

Set a destination on the currently displayed map.

1. Tap and drag the map screen.
   The selected location is displayed on the centre of the screen and a scroll mark is displayed.

2. Press [].

,Note

On the map screen, the current vehicle location is fixed and you can scroll to select the location. Press [MAP] on the head unit to return to the current location. When [Scrolling auto-return] is set, it automatically returns to the current location after a certain period of time. When the map is moved by scrolling, the location name is displayed on the top of screen.
