About the service

Since the warranty period is calculated from the release of a car (registered date), please receive enough service during the warranty period.

Free service

The free repair will be provided if you used it normally within the warranty period from the day of purchase and it caused a failure.

The warranty period is subject to the period described in an instruction and a letter of warranty by car model provided by a car manufacturer.

Charged service

• In case of mishandling failure by a customer
• In case of failure caused by natural disaster (fire, earthquake, flood damage, falling of a thunder bolt)
• In case of failure due to power abnormality
• In case of failure due to the defects of connecting device
• In case of failure caused by the repair or modification by a person who is not a repairer of a designated service center

Compensation standard for customer damage

The compensation standard for customer damage of this product is based on customer dispute settlement standard posted by Fair Trade Agreement

Please be careful that if the metalized tint film (2 tons of them) with metal components is attached on a car that the glass antenna is applied, it can degrade the reception performance of this product. The components being replaced during repair can be the used components from the different country of origin or manufacturer but the same component that has normal operation is used.
