Vehicle settings

The images displayed on this system may differ from actual ones.

It sets the items to be displayed or guided on the vehicle.

Depending on the vehicle's options and the condition of the controller, some menus may not be displayed.

Press [Settings] > [Vehicle] on the home screen. Vehicle settings screen is displayed.

Drive mode

1. Press [Drive mode] on the vehicle settings screen.

2. Press the desired item.

CUSTOM

Composes the optimal mode through combination of each system’s mode.

Engine/Transmission

• [ECO]: Optimised for fuel efficient driving.
• [COMFORT]: Optimised for balanced comfort.
• [SPORT]: Optimised for agile driving.

Steering

• [COMFORT]: Smooth steering mode.
• [SPORT]: Sport steering mode.

Suspension

• [COMFORT]: Optimised for balanced comfort.
• [SPORT]: Optimised for dynamic driving.

All-wheel drive

• [ECO]: Optimised for fuel efficient driving.
• [COMFORT]: Optimised for balanced comfort.
• [SPORT]: Optimised for dynamic driving.

Drive Mode Change Alert

It selects change information display method in case of drive mode change.

• [Detailed alert]: A change of the drive mode is shown by an image of the vehicle and a detailed description.
• [Simple alert]: A change of the drive mode is indicated by a short message on top of the screen.
• [Off]: A change of the drive mode is not indicated.

Brakes

• [COMFORT]: Brake mode optimised for balanced comfort.
• [SPORT]: Brake mode optimised for dynamic driving.

Coasting

Engine is decoupled from transmission during coasting for better fuel economy in ECO drive mode.

Active sound design

You can set an engine sound mode.

1. Press [Active sound design] on the vehicle settings screen.

2. Press the desired item.

Head-Up Display

1. Press [Head-up display] on the vehicle settings screen.

2. Press the desired item.

Enable head-up display

Setting to show the head-up display on the windshield is available.

Display adjustment

Controls the display height, rotation and brightness to desired values.

Content Selection

Sets the display for [Turn by turn], [Traffic signs], [Driving Convenience info], [Blind-spot safety info], [Radio/Media info], [Speedometer].

Cluster

1. Press [Cluster] on the vehicle settings screen.

2. Press the desired item.

Theme Selection

The selected theme is used for the layout of the cluster display. Select [Theme A]/[Theme B]/[Theme C].

• [Link to drive mode]: Cluster theme is automatically selected based on the drive mode.

3D cluster depth

Enables 3D effects for the cluster. Select [Maximum]/[Medium]/[Off].

Service Interval

Mark [Enable service interval]. An alert is displayed when a specified service interval is due.

• [Distance]: It sets service interval distance to (Km, mi).
• [Duration]: It sets service interval period to (days).
• [Reset]: Resets the service interval reminder time and distance to the values chosen by the user.

Energy consumption reset

Definition, when to reset the average fuel economy gauge. Selects [On vehicle start]/[After refueling]/[Manually].

Content Selection

It selects the content to be displayed in the cluster.

• [Gear position pop-up]: Provision of a popup when gear is changed.
• [Wiper/Lights Display]: Provision of a popup when wipers or lights are activated.
• [Traffic signs]: Display of traffic information such as speed limits.
• [Blind-Spot View (If equipped)]: Display of blind spots view in the cluster when changing the lanes using the turn indicator.
• [Icy road warning]: Provides a warning when the road may be icy, when the outside temperature is below about 4℃ (39°F).

Cluster voice guidance volume

Adjustment of the voice guidance volume.

Oil Change Reminder

The remaining life of the engine oil. Reset manually after oil change is complete.

Welcome Sound

A greeting chime is provided when the cluster is turned On or Off.

sPEEDOMETER SUBSCALE

Display of a secondary speedometer scale underneath the primary scale.

,Note

An alarm in the vehicle, guidance sound and welcome sound are generated from external amplifier. If you replace the amplifier with a non-genuine part or replace the speakers with an non-genuine part, the amplifier may not work.

Climate

1. Press [Climate] on the vehicle settings screen.

2. Press the desired item.

Internal air circulation

Blocks the flow of outside air into the vehicle cabin.

• [Activation on washer fluid use]: Automatically prevents the washer fluid scent from entering the cabin. At low temperatures, this feature may be limited to prevent the windshield from fogging.
• [Recirculation Mode Plus]: Uses navigation information to prevent unpleasant gases and odors from entering the vehicle at known locations.

Automatic Ventilation

Switches the ventilation system to fresh air mode automatically after an extended use of Recirculate Air.

• [Auto Dehumidify]: Automatically switches to fresh air ventilation to decrease humidity after an extended use of air recirculation.
• [Smart ventilation]: When the climate control system is off, fresh air ventilation is activated automatically to maintain good cabin air quality.
• [Scheduled ventilation]: When the key off, the cabin is ventilated prior to boarding to reduce the temperature inside the vehicle.

Defog/Defrost Options

Directs air to the windshield to reduce moisture on the windshield glass.

• [Defog/Defrost]: Sets the DEF button so that it increases fan speed, switches to Fresh Air, activates A/C, and directs air to the windshield to clear it.
• [Auto defog]: Automatically activates various defog functions based on the level of humidity in the vehicle cabin.

Climate Features

Activates the convenience functions for climate control.

• [Air conditioner auto-drying]: After the car turned off, the fan will run automatically to dry the inside of the air conditioner to prevent mold growth.
• [Lock rear climate controls]: Disables the rear seat passengers climate controls.
• [Climate touchscreen haptic intensity]: Adjusts the haptic intensity when pressing the climate touchscreen. Select [Strong]/[Medium]/[Light]/[Off].

Heating/Ventilation

• [Automatic controls linked to climate control settings]
• [Steering wheel heating]: Seat heating adjusts automatically to maintain driver comfort.
• [Seat heating/ventilation]: Seat heating/ventilation adjusts automatically to maintain driver comfort.
• [Seat heater balance]: When the Driver Seat/Passenger Seat heater is activated, lower settings (including Off) can be selected for either the seat back or the seat cushion.

Seats

1. Press [Seats] on the vehicle settings screen.

2. Press the desired item.

Seat Position Change Alert

When the seat position changes, the change information is displayed on the seat image.

Seat Switch and Movement Alert

Details of the seat switch control and position change are shown with a seat image.

• [Switch touch alert]: Seat information is displayed when the switch is touched.
• [Switch control alert]: Seat movement information is displayed when the switch is moved.

Heating/Ventilation

• [Automatic controls linked to climate control settings]
• [Steering wheel heating]: Seat heating adjusts automatically to maintain driver comfort.
• [Seat heating/ventilation]: Seat heating/ventilation adjusts automatically to maintain driver comfort.
• [Seat heater balance]: When the Driver Seat/Passenger Seat heater is activated, lower settings (including Off) can be selected for either the seat back or the seat cushion.

Seating Easy Access

• [Driver Seat]: Movement distance of the seat when the driver enters/exits the vehicle. Select [Extended distance]/[Normal distance]/[Off].
• [Passenger Seat]: The passenger seat is automatically moved when the passenger enters or exits the vehicle.
• [Steering easy access]: The steering wheel is automatically moved to the front when the driver enters or exits the vehicle.

Ergo-Motion Seat

• [Comfortable stretch]: Operate comfortable stretch strongly. Select [Strong]/[Normal].
• [Session duration]: Select the operational time of comfortable stretch. Select [Long(20min)]/[Normal(15min)]/[Short(10min)].
• [Alertness Assist]: Operate Ergo-motion by pressing the button.
• [Operating By Ergo-Motion Button]: Operates Ergo-motion by pressing the button.
• [Operational Interval]: Selects the operational Interval of AntiDrowsy Assist. Select [Long(20s)]/[Short(10s)].
• [Smart Posture Assist]: Activation of cushion/seat back support changes at the set interval to maintain comfort.
• [Smart support]: Adjust seat side support according to drive mode and speed.

Lights

1. Press [Lights] on the vehicle settings screen.

2. Press the desired item.

Ambient lighting

Sets the interior mood lighting.

• [Brightness]: Sets the brightness of the interior mood lighting.
• [Colour]: Sets the colour of the interior mood lighting.
• [Dimmed while driving at night]: Dimmed during night-time driving conditions.

One touch turn indicator

The number of times the turn indicator flashes when the turn signal lever is moved slightly. Select [7 flashes]/[5 flashes]/[3 flashes]/[Off].

Intelligent High Beams

Select the vehicle speed at which the feature activates, or set to disable the feature. Select [Faster than 60 km/h]/[Faster than 40 km/h]/[Faster than 20 km/h]/[Off].

Head lamp delay

When the ignition is turned OFF, the exterior lights turn off after approximately 15 seconds.

Travel Mode

The range of head lamp illumination is adjusted to prevent glare for oncoming drivers in countries with right-hand or left-hand driving.

HBA (High Beam Assist)

Assistance in reducing high beam glare to oncoming vehicles.

Door/Tailgate

1. Press [Door/Tailgate] on the vehicle settings screen.

2. Press the desired item.

Auto Lock

Selects the condition when all doors will lock automatically. Select [Enable on shift]/[Enable on speed]/[Off].

Auto Unlock

Selects the condition when all doors will unlock automatically. Select [On shift to P]/[Vehicle Off]/[Off].

2 press unlock

All doors are unlocked when the unlock button on the key is pressed twice.

Power Tailgate

The power tailgate button can be used to automatically open/close the tailgate.

Power Tailgate Opening Speed

Selects the speed the power tailgate automatically moves. Selects [Fast]/[Mid].

Power Tailgate Opening Height

Selects the maximum height of the power tailgate. Selects [Full Open]/[Level 3]/[Level 2]/[Level 1]/[User height setting].

Smart Tailgate

Opens the tailgate automatically when approaching the tailgate with the smart key.

Digital Key

1. Press [Digital key] on the vehicle settings screen.

2. Press the desired item.

• [Enable digital key]: Unlocks doors and turn vehicle on using a digital key.
• [Smartphone key]/[Card key]: Saves or deletes smartphone key or card key.
• [Digital key information]: Shows the serial number of the digital key.

Convenience

1. Press [Convenience] on the vehicle settings screen.

2. Press the desired item.

Rear Occupant Alert

Provides alert to help prevent exiting the vehicle with the rear passenger left in the vehicle.

Cabin ventilation alert

Provide alert to help checking the cabin temperature when the driver stays for one hour in a parked vehicle.

Welcome Mirror/Light

Enables/disables the Auto fold outside mirrors and Welcome Light.

• [On door unlock]: The welcome feature is enabled when the doors are unlocked.
• [On driver approach]: The welcome feature is enabled when a driver with a Smart key is nearby.

Wireless Charging System

Enables the wireless charging pad to be used with compatible devices. Select [Front]/[Rear].

Advanced Anti-Theft

Provides an alert when movement is detected in the passenger compartment after the vehicle is locked.

Auto Rear wiper (reverse)

Activates the rear windshield wiper automatically when the front wiper is On and the gear is in reverse.
