Before you think the product is defective

You can mistake an error at the time of operating or installing a device as its defect.
If considered as a failure, check the failure with the following table.
If the failure is confirmed after checking by the following actions, contact the designated store or a A/S shop.

Symptoms	Functions
There are small red dots, blue dots and green dots on the screen.	Since LCD is made with very high dot densities, under 0.01 percent of the total number of pixels, there may be lack of pixel or LED always lit.
No sound is heard and no image is shown.	Is a starter switch of a car on [ACC] or [ON]? Isn’t the system off?
The USB is not played.	If a USB memory is damaged, use the memory after formatting in FAT 16/32, exFAT, NTFS.
Image is shown but sound is heard.	Is the volume control set at a low volume? Is it mute?
A sound is heard only in one speaker.	Dose the volume control of the front and rear and the right and left lean to one side?
It does not operate normally if an external device is connected.	Is the connection of an external device correctly made with a cable with warranty?
When Power OFF > ON, the final mode screen does not open.	In the mode that plays an external source such as Disc, USB, iPod or Bluetooth Audio, depending on the current condition, switch to the final vied audio may fail when the power is on. In case of No Disc or the connection failed, it switches to the revious mode. If the previous mode is not in normal playback condition, it moves back to a previous mode.
